ci: Convert more jobs to deqp-runner suites

These are currently disabled or otherwise problematic jobs.

For softpipe-asan-gles31, due to the differences in how the caselists are generated (for suites, they are generated by deqp-runner rather than the deqp-runner.sh script in Mesa) there is an offset in the failures encountered. I updated the expectations accordingly. See the job before and after. We might be able to decrease the fraction here since this job only takes 2 minutes.

lavapipe-vk-asan is currently disabled, but I've verified that the errors are identical between suite and non-suite.

As the Etnaviv farm is currently disabled, I couldn't test those jobs (Cc @austriancoder).
