What does this MR do and why?

This mainly fixes protected memory failures in LNL, Xe KMD still don't support protected memory(PXP) but a initial RFC series was sent Xe KMD mail list https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/series/136052/ so here a round of fixes to make all but one of dEQP-VK.protected_memory.* to pass on LNL.
