radeonsi: enable mesa_glthread for GfxBench

Pierre-Eric Pelloux-Prayer requested to merge pepp/mesa:radeonsi_gfxbench_drirc into master

It improves offscreen tests performance.

This could be enabled in the app-specific workarounds but I can only test on radeonsi.
