panfrost: Revert panfrost-job.h clean up partially
Multiple users have reported that "Use framebuffer pointer XML" is breaking GNOME Wayland on RK3399. I can't reproduce this -- it works on my machine -- but I don't have time to probe into this further and that commit was just supposed to be a clean up. As a hot fix, reverting the lot should restore the old behaviour. If someone wants to debug this and resubmit these patches that could happen later on.
This reverts the following commits.
panfrost: Remove MALI_POSITIVE macro panfrost: Remove FBD tag enum from XML panfrost: Use framebuffer pointer XML
