Revert "CI: Lima farm is offline"

I couldn't find anything wrong with the farm this time, or reproduce that. It still picked and ran jobs from other branches than main a bit after it was disabled. I think it was some transient failure and we can try just enabling it again.

I took the chance to do a quick update to LAVA 2023.01 as well since it was already in downtime.
