mesa/dd: drop unused driver pointers

(just the top patch).

I looked at the ctx->Driver table under glxgears and burned all the NULL ptrs that were obviously classic only.

There is still Draw which I think feedback still uses so leaving alone,

We can drop APPLE_object_purgeable from the whole tree, so I left those alone so it can be killed completely. (unless someone cares).
