Partial revert of "ci: Add a manual job for tracking the performance of Freedreno"
This reverts commit 8e470457.
Drop that jobs, as it's sometimes causing a gitlab-ci.yml parse error that isn't readily reproducible:
Found errors in your .gitlab-ci.yml:
'a630-profile-traces' job needs 'arm_test' job but it was not added to the pipeline 'a630-profile-traces' job needs 'meson-arm64' job but it was not added to the pipeline
