Backports of:

  • 32eb74e1 ac/gpu_info: fix more non-coherent RB and GL2 combinations
  • e4ef5f04 mesa/st: ignore texture_index if tex_instr has deref src
  • 363c1ef0 gallium/u_threaded: split draws that don't fit in a batch

For the ac one it was easier to also backport 2 other commits it relied on.
