ci: pipelines no longer run from run-n-monitor

Until the past week or so, the run-n-monitor script could be used to automate running pipelines. When attempting the same thing now, no jobs run until the play button is clicked (multiple times) for all the build containers.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
