Vulkan Texture/Polygon Glitches in Games

Describe the issue
Please describe what you are doing, what you expect and what you're Launching native linux versrion of Dota 2 with Vulkan, going to Hero Demo or playing the match.
Regression
Did it used to work? It can greatly help to know when the issue started. Nope, its same on every distro with different mesa drivers

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Dota 2 behaves the same on every distro, including Ubuntu LTS and new 23.04 release.
This problem doesnt appear on Proton with PROTON_USE_WINED3D
enabled, however im not able to play at this moment because of new update.
I tried different drivers, tried downgrading, tried different Proton versions, still nothing.
