zink: Heaven Benchmark corruption

Hi, I rencently use the latest mesa zink to test the Heaven benchmark (https://benchmark.unigine.com/heaven) under linux and observed corruption, as belows.

I use the AMD's Navi21 and amd's vulkan driver. In addition, when I set the PadVertexBuffers to true for amdvlk, the corruption disappeared.

Issue not observed in Mesa 22.x.
