panfrost g52 chromium hardware acceleration

Hello, chromium refuses to start if the --in-process-gpu flag is enabled.

Hello it still doesn't work with mesa-git 22.3.0

I show you a screenshot when I launch chromium by a terminal: on wayland:

and on x11:

on X11 chromium starts with --in-process-gpu but I tested WebGL Aquarium and it’s terribly slow ~22fps with 500 fish

it still doesn't work with last mesa-git 22.3.0 (06/11/2022)

anyway it worked so badly that it's not so important after all.

keep it up you are the best!

it still doesn't work with mesa-git 22.3.0 It worked with mesa 22.1.7
