r600: Glitches with The Talos Principle on r600/r700, with additional ones with NIR backend

Describe the issue
Ground textures on The Talos Principle have weird lines, which are extremely visible with the lowest GFX quality of the game.
Additionally, there are a lot of objects with weird color while using the NIR backend. This time, artifacts get worse while increasing GFX quality.
None of these issues happen on my Juniper GPU, only with my HD 4850 and HD 4200.

Using a legacy build of the game "legacy - pre-SE2017 build" as current build no longer have OpenGL support. The older build will delete the save from newer builds.
