zink, radv: broken epiphany web browser

I am using sway with vulkan renderer, and zink, as primary opengl implementation, over export MESA_LOADER_OVERRIDE=zink, with amdgpu: ATOM BIOS: 113-CEZANNE-018

After transition from mesa 22.0.4 to mesa 22.1.0, I have following console log in epiphany web browser:

(epiphany:19409): epiphany-WARNING **: 01:15:16.155: Web process crashed MESA: error: CreateSwapchainKHR failed with VK_ERROR_SURFACE_LOST_KHR

mesa 22.0.4 works just fine. Other applications with mesa 22.1.0 + zink over radv works just fine.

reproduced on linux 5.17, 5.16

I believe that this is introduced by kopper framework.
