Rendering artifacts when playing Outer Wilds [Reproducible with latest ANV driver built from main]
Describe the issue
Playing Outer Wilds, a new game starts in a campground surrounded by mountains. Shortly after the starting the game, the mountains begin glitching in and out of existence. There does not seem to be any pattern to when the mountains will glitch but as soon as they disappear the sky behind them becomes visible. Video recording here.
Sometimes, the glitching is more frequent than other times. Moving the camera may have an effect on the frequency but it is unclear. Attempting to screen record via Alt+Ctrl+Shift+R appears to make the issue no longer reproducible for as long as the screen recording is happening.
I've been able to reproduce the issue 100% of the time with both Proton 6.3-8 and Experimental with Mesa 21.0.3 and with ANV built from source at commit a4c9276d
