Flat uniform gets overwrites previous uniform

Description
This does not work, it seems that block_id gets written to v_pos. If I use layout(location = X) it works.
vs.glsl out vec4 v_pos; out float block_id;
fs.glsl in vec4 v_pos; in float block_id;
