[iris/intel/anv] Low performance, intel tigerlake, on mesa 21.3+
Something I've noticed is that my vulkan performance on Mesa 21.3 is much lower than the performance I have on 21.2. NFS MW 2012 goes from 45ish fps to 25-29. Only seems to affect vulkan. OpenGL games and software runs well. My laptop, is a Lenovo Ideapad 5 15ITL05 and has:
- Intel Core i7-1165g7 cpu
- Intel Iris Xe graphics
- 12GB of Ram.
