Flickering when using qutebrowser since update to mesa v. 21.3.1

Describe the issue

Screen flickering and long periods of white screen when hovering on links or when moving the house away from a link in qutebrowser after update from v. 21.2.5 to v. 21.3.1

Reverting to v. 21.2.5 solves the problem
