GLSL built-in function isinf() missing on OpenGL 3.1
Running Expresii Demo (which you can get from the MS Store for free), we get the error: no function with name 'isinf'

Expresii Demo runs fine on other Windows machines with Intel, AMD or Nvidia GPUs so it looks like it's MESA's implementation is missing that isinf function.
