Intel Iris Xe Geometry Flickering/Assets Disappearing

Edit: Originally I thought the flickering was occuring under WineD3D as well as DXVK, but with further testing this appears not to be the case. The flickering seems to be exclusive to the ANV Vulkan drivers and can be easily tested on a Native Linux game called Splitgate. It's a free game on Steam so anyone should be able to verify this on their end. This game requires an edit in the configuration file to get it to not crash during the launch (See my comment below for instructions on how to do this)

This is my first bug report here so bear with me. I'm using Intel Iris Xe Graphics 96 EU on a OneXPlayer and games ran under Vulkan seem to have an issue with assets flickering (disappearing and reappearing) Performance wise things are great and in some games the problem is more of an issue than others, but this occurs in some fashion in all games under DXVK/VKd3d-proton. If I could be instructed on what log files are needed and how to properly follow up on this report it would be greatly appreciated, given this is a widespread issue I don't think game specific logs would be required. I tested using multiple mesa versions up to 21.2.5 using Pop OS, Manjaro Linux, Garuda, etc.
