Panfrost - RK3399 - FACTORIO - glitches everywhere

HI folks! We have a a problem here :(

OpenGL core profile version string: 3.3 (Core Profile) Mesa 22.0.0-devel (git-e73096bd 2021-10-16 focal-oibaf-ppa)

PAN_MESA_DEBUG=gl3 used

It was tested on a radeon platform, so, not related to box64.. just in case.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
