black or badly rendered areas in Split Second game

Description

As reported HERE, rendering of this d3d9 game under wine+vulkan always shows some black (or badly rendered) areas using the intel graphic card, while NVidia driver seems to work fine.

Steps to reproduce

Just play the game using Mesa Intel ANV
