zink: glClear issues with texture views
Currently the only format conversions which are correctly handled for clears are base format <-> srgb format.
spec@arb_texture_view@rendering-formats
has tests for all the different signedness/normalization conversions, however, and most of them fail.
I think this should be as simple as adding a flag to struct zink_framebuffer_clear_data
and then adding the appropriate conversion formula from the spec to zink_fb_clear_util_unpack_clear_color()
since all the clear code goes through there now.
