Describe the issue
Major lag and sometimes system lockup when running graphically intensive programs, such as firefox with video meetings and even gimp. The logging information further down comes after running Gimp, loading an image file and trying to move the window around. There is lag and it tears as the window is moved across the screen.
Regression
Yes, it seems that there has been a recent update to Manjaro Linux that exposes this problem, probably in the last month or so. It is unclear whether there is something higher in the stack or and update to panfrost/mesa.
