[RADV][ACO] Overwatch game crash: amd/compiler/aco_insert_exec_mask.cpp: Failed Assertion

Issue description
Hello, the latest mesa, compiled in release mode crashes Overwatch during shader compilation, in the menu. When I compile it in debugoptimised
mode this assertion gets triggered:
../src/amd/compiler/aco_insert_exec_mask.cpp:296: void aco::{anonymous}::transition_to_WQM(aco::{anonymous}::exec_ctx&, aco::Builder, unsigned int): Assertion `ctx.info[idx].exec.back().second & mask_type_wqm' failed.
I didn't take the time to bisect because maybe you have a tool to do so, given a fossilize file? Which is here, made with latest mesa stable.
Tell me if you need a bisect, I will take the time to do it, but I won't have much time during the week x)
