Custom border color samplers maybe broken with swizzled imageview
When applying a custom border color for a sampler using VkSamplerCustomBorderColorCreateInfoEXT
for a combined sampler+imageview descriptor, it seems like the color specified needs to be swizzled before creating the sampler. ANV instead seems to read the color back in the shader using the imageview's swizzle, meaning that pre-applying the swizzle will result in a double swizzle.
