Mesa 20.3.0 and older ATi/Radeon cards fails

For some reason updating to mesa 20.3.0 kills older ATi/Radeon cards from booting to a graphical login. Backing down to mesa 20.2.4 fixes the issue. I am trying to get more feedback from the PCLinuxOS user logs. :-(

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
