Describe the issue
@xantares added support for building zink driver for Windows on !7432 (merged) using MinGW-w64 GCC based toolchains. But despite build being successful all my efforts to get programs to use it were unsuccessful. I always got llvmpipe when trying using GPU Caps Viewer.
Due to how issue manifests I believe a more usual build with a mingw toolchain on linux should be affected in similar fashion.
