zink+radv: corrupted miplevels on quake3
Running Quake3 on Zink + RADV, I see incorrect data for the non-base mipmaps. I see correct rendering on 3e1b93ec (with a LLVM patches backported, and VK_PIPELINE_CREATE_DISABLE_OPTIMIZATION_BIT
disabled for Zink). But on master I get bad rendering.
I'll bisect further soon.
