Describe the issue
Playing in 1440p with maximum visual quality settings selected.
Haven't yet narrowed it down as I didn't use mesa for half a year. The issue likely didn't exist by the end of January.

Happens with both LLVM and ACO.
Side note: There also is a very nasty performance regression in master branch which isn't there in latest 20.1 branch. I haven't succeeded in bisecting so far, it seems to go back months. It reduces frame rate in menus by ~30%.
