glTexStorageMem2DEXT() failed with internalFormat = GL_BGRA8_EXT

I try import a VkImage with VK_FORMAT_B8G8R8A8_UNORM to GL with glTexStorageMem2DEXT() with internalFormat = GL_BGRA8_EXT. And it failed and got some errors:
