I've also reproduced the issue on BDW (Intel HD Graphics 5500).
Describe the issue
At playing the game with low and higher settings with in-cabin view garbage is displayed instead the sky. It's actual for the master of the mesa for i965 and for the iris.
Regression
It started after the game's update. Not a mesa regression.
