ci: Capture devcoredumps on chezas

Inspired by inability to reproduce the hangs being avoided in !5667 (merged), we should probably capture the devcoredump and put it in the artifacts if any hangs happened during our test jobs, so that someone can look into them.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
