fbo-gl_pointcoord failing with swrast

System Environment:

Mesa: (master)26de5273

Bug detailed description:

When run some shaders involving pointcoord and point size, it fails with software rendering on all platforms(Pinetrail, Piketon, HuronRiver).

Reproduce steps:

  1. xinit
  2. LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 ./fbo-gl_pointcoord
