fbo-gl_pointcoord failing with swrast

Bug detailed description:
When run some shaders involving pointcoord and point size, it fails with software rendering on all platforms(Pinetrail, Piketon, HuronRiver).
- LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 ./fbo-gl_pointcoord
