Tried 3 different distros all have the same bug.
I assume the problem is with vaapi decoding because i got similar artifacts in mpv using --hwdec=vdpau
in the stable version of mesa. After upgrading to mesa-aco-git, the artifacts in mpv disappeared, in firefox and chromium they are still present
Don't know if there were artifacts before since this is a new system.
