Subnautica hangs Navi system
Hello there!
Just started playing Subnautica and I have been experiencing a reproducible hang. I sadly cannot reproduce it when doing an apitrace, but when not doing an apitrace it's fairly easy only takes a few minutes.
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Subnautica (This occurs when using
bothDXVK (RADV)and Wine's D3D (OpenGL))
Edit: May have tested both times with DXVK, as the game does not launch when using Wine's D3D
- Download and extract this save: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gqRtijQycch8RVNEzxueuTtx0pKadmbY/view?usp=sharing
- Place in Steam\steamapps\common\Subnautica\SNAppData\SavedGames
- Open game, load save and stare at the tube in front of you (with the windows on all sides) for 30 minutes to an hour, hangs everytime.
Logs:

This one gave the following error:
