Thousands of 32 bit regressions in VulkanCTS and GL test suites due to handling of cross-invocation
Beginning with f1dd81ae, many tests began crashing on 32bit platforms:

Looking at the commit, it seems that the tessellation members of the shaderinfo union are written in cases where the shader is not a tessellation shader. I don't know why this would affect only 32bit platforms.
