Describe the issue
What works:
Menus, Interface, game login screen, character weapon all render correctly
What doesn't work:
Once in-game, the environment renders black.
--> Setting "Reflection Quality" to 'Ultra+', 'Ultra', or 'High' results in various colored shapes.
--> Setting "Reflection Quality" to 'Medium', or 'Low' results in black rendering of environment
--> Turning off the "Reflection Quality" video setting fixes the issue.
Regression
This setting is also broken on Mesa 19.2.8 official shipped by Fedora. Unknown when the break occurred or if it ever worked.
