glcts crashes since the enablement of ARB_shading_language_include
Since !1841 (merged) ("Implement ARB_shading_language_include") landed I've seen several flaky tests when runing KHR-GLES31 test using piglit on v3d.
Crash can be reproduced with a run of KHR-GLES31.* tests and after a while tests start to fail after less than 10 seconds.
./glcts -n KHR-GLES31.*
It usually crashes on i965 when running KHR-GLES31.core.shader_atomic_counters.negative-ssbo
or on v3d at KHR-GLES31.core.shader_atomic_counters.negative-uniform'
I bisected this to 67b32190 ("glsl: add ARB_shading_language_include support to #line")
I managed to repeated the crashes on i965, iris and v3d.
