Using Kubuntu 18.10 on Kernel version: 4.18.0-10-generic
While using the system, random freezes are occuring, lasting from 5 to 20 seconds, mouse keeps working but everything else is unresponsive. KWin crashes and restarts, and the notification pops: "KWin: Desktop effects were restarted due to a graphics reset". I'm having around 5-6 crashes on a 10 minute period.
Running dmesg I get:
[ 920.806022] [drm] GPU HANG: ecode 6:0:0x87e8effd, in chrome [4579], reason: hang on rcs0, action: reset [ 920.806024] [drm] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx stack, including userspace. [ 920.806024] [drm] Please file a new bug report on bugs.freedesktop.org against DRI -> DRM/Intel [ 920.806025] [drm] drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right component if it's not a kernel issue. [ 920.806025] [drm] The gpu crash dump is required to analyze gpu hangs, so please always attach it. [ 920.806026] [drm] GPU crash dump saved to /sys/class/drm/card0/error
and a bunch of:

Tried to upgrade from mesa 18.2.2 to 18.2.3 but didn't solve the problem.
