[KBLGT3] gpu hang in gles cts

GPU hang occur reliably when running GLES CTS on KBLGT3
Running tests with process isolation showed the following test causing the hang: ES31-CTS.functional.texture.multisample.samples_12.use_texture_depth_2d
It reproduced when running the test by itself on Mesa 17.1. Not reproducible on 17.2/master. Perhaps there is a patch that could fix the stable branch.
KBLGT2 works fine.
