[The Isle] Lumin RT Doesn't activate
Description
Looking at the screenshots, there's no difference between Hardware RT berf and software RT berf which doesn't make any sense. So the logical conclusion is that Hardware RT isn't working when using this game on Windows even with the CURRENTLY better performing Windows driver the difference in FPS is noticeable. If there's anything else you'll need from me I'll try and get it to you as fast as possible.

Steps to reproduce
- Launch Game
- Enter a Server
- Flip-flop between enabling Hardware Ray Tracing
- Look at the FPS Value(I know very scientific)
