## Description
Patch series culminating in this commit changed performance in several tests:

commit ad55b1a7701ad51234af3b9fc30f4c54d2546b86
Author: Timothy Arceri <timothy.arceri@collabora.com>

i965: remove GLSL IR optimisation loop
IVB is running into some spilling issues in piglit with the
loop removed. However those tests are not really reflective
of a real world use case, also fp64 is brand new to IVB
so we leave the spilling issues to be resolved at a later
time.
-------------------------------------------------------
On most of the platforms GpuTest v0.7 PixMark Volplosion test performance dropped by ~6%, on SKL GT4e, a bit more.
(There were few performance improvement around same time, but they were small enough that I couldn't bisect them to this commit, besides the SynMark shader compilation speed test which improved by ~9%.)
Volplosion test is fairly pure ALU test. While it has one copy shader, none of the other shaders do any texture accesses, including the heavy main fragment shader, i.e. texture access scheduling doesn't affect it.

## Description
Hello,
I experience random freezes and crashes in the linux game "Thimbleweed Park". Sometimes the game freezes for a few seconds and then recovers, but ultimately always crashes; operating system (ubuntu 16.04 with kernel ) remains stable though.
Here is some more information:

There error I get from the game when it crashes is:
"intel_do_flush_locked failed: Input/output error"
In the kernel log I can see the following:

I was told to also mention "SNB" in this context.
Attached is a API trace which (on my system) reproduces the problem (randomly, might need to be run a few times before crashing/freezing). I checked with the developers of the game, they said some other people would also have this problem, and they'd also love to see this fixed.
Thanks for further analysis and fixing this problem! Let me know if I can do anything to assist.https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues/1587Xserver crashes2022-12-20T23:49:01ZBugzilla Migration UserXserver crashes## Submitted by fre..@..ic.com

Unfortunately the box in question has gotten rebooted since the issue so now the crash dump is missing. I will try and capture one next time this happens. ## Description
I ran into the following issue two times today.
I am running a current intel-drm-nightly (39a0f48c8bc7c528cc705016dafa08a9dedfd36b) on my Lenovo T460p.
The crash happened randomly when using an X11 application. The result is a complete crash of the display server including all programs running in it. When the crash happened a second time I couldn't even log in using GDM anymore until I rebooted.
I see no reason why the page allocation should have failed. The system wasn't particularly loaded.
dmesg output:

This is Debian stretch running on an Lenovo X260. I am sadly not sure what exactly triggered this, as I didn't do anything out of the ordinary in my coding session (tmux, zsh, emacs & npd/ncmpc).

## Description
When trying to run Cemu through wine it crashes immediately after selecting the game. It's OpenGL app and wine itself doesn't seem to be a problem(it works perfectly fine with prioprietary nvidia driver). Happens on i965(intel hd 530) and nouveau(gtx 750ti)
Before crash there is some Mesa related log:
