GPU IDs missing for AMD APUs

As per #25 (closed) some APU GPU IDs are still missing from amdgpu.ids.

In particular, the IDs for the laptop APUs for at least Picasso and Raven Ridge and presumably Renoir too seem to be missing.

Example: according to lspci -nn: 3700U is 15D8 rev C1, 2700U is 15DD rev C3 (info from local machines). Neither of these are in amdgpu.ids

I can't say that I'm fluent with navigating the mailing lists so apologies if this has already been reported / is in the works.

Would love to see this fixed so applications using the marketing name have something to display for these APUs.
