README is lacking information

As mentioned on #69 (closed) our current documentation doesn't completely explains how adriconf is working and what the output from executing it means. We should add to the documentation a place describing what each of those messages are and what they actually mean. Additionally, it would also be nice to have screenshots/videos explaning how to use the software, like adding a new application, changing existing options, etc.
