"InfiniBand" has a capital "B". Fix that everywhere it's being used as
a human-readable string.

In particular, the RH initscripts recognize "TYPE=infiniband" and
"TYPE=InfiniBand", but not "TYPE=Infiniband", which is what we were
writing before.
