Broken DEBUG_FS: lib/kernel-undef.sh needs to disable two more configs

After the update to v6.11-rc1, the DEBUG_FS build fails since DEBUG_FS is still enabled. Add two more lines to lib/kernel-undef.sh for the DEBUG_FS case:
