How to force mesa to use lima drivers instead of llvmpipe ?

I am testing lima drivers on Odroid C2

with armbian ubuntu 19.04 with kernel 5.3. rc6 with lima enabled

with this ppa

https://launchpad.net/~oibaf/+archive/ubuntu/graphics-drivers

It is git master build of mesa drivers forr ubuntu

But every time I start weston or glmark2

it still use llvmpipe

So how can I force mesa to use lima ?
