Add PM support

I can suspend my H3 OrangePI PC board, but can't find a way to wakeup it. Tried add "wakeup-source" to sw4 gpio key and apply patch from https://patchwork.kernel.org/cover/11329581

Anyone know how to wakeup my H3 board or can test the PM code on your side if suspend/wakeup works?
