Added quirk for Lenovo ThinkPad X200 Tablet.

Fixes the problem where the bezel buttons are disabled in tablet mode because they are part of the keyboard. Same issue as !115 (merged) but for the ThinkPad X200 Tablet.

The ThinkPad X201 Tablet will surely have the same problem but I can't test that since I don't own one.
